- What counts as a page?
- Each page of each PDF you run through a job. Retrying a failed document counts only that document’s pages.
- What happens when I run out of pages?
- On Free, you can run more once your pages reset next month. On a paid plan you don’t have to upgrade: buy credits from Plan & billing and extra pages come out of them at your plan’s rate. You can set a monthly limit, or top up automatically. The Extract page tells you before a job starts if it needs more.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits are prepaid, stay with the workspace and never expire. They’re used only for pages past your plan’s monthly amount, and nothing is billed afterwards.
- Can I try a paid plan first?
- Free is yours to use for as long as you like. If you’d like to try Lab or Research on a real project, request a trial and a person will get back to you within a working day.
- Does training cost pages?
- No. Pages are only counted when you run a job. Training has its own limits instead: from 3 runs a day on Free to 20 on Research, and training PDFs of up to 20 pages on Free, 50 on Starter, 120 on Lab and 300 on Research. For a longer paper, train on just the pages that hold the values.
